Legal & Website Terms

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Support Central Hub website and its public information, forms, communications, and related online features.

Effective and last updated: August 17, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to supportcentralhub.com and related public website interactions operated by Support Central Hub (“SCH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Website-use notice: This website provides general business information and a way to request a consultation. It is not a client portal, patient portal, emergency service, or substitute for a signed services agreement. Do not submit protected health information, patient information, passwords, payment-card data, government identification numbers, or other sensitive or confidential information through public forms or general email.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

You may use this website only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement and your use complies with applicable law. If you access the website on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization concerning your website use.

These Terms form an agreement concerning the website only. An inquiry, consultation request, proposal, or preliminary discussion does not create a client relationship, employment relationship, partnership, agency relationship, fiduciary duty, or obligation for SCH to provide services.

2. Permitted Website Use

You may access and use the website for lawful business-information and inquiry purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the website in violation of any applicable law, regulation, contract, or third-party right.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, networks, source code, or nonpublic information.
  • Introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks, or content intended to disrupt, damage, monitor, or interfere with the website.
  • Scrape, crawl, index, copy, harvest, or extract website content or data through automated means except as permitted by law or our written authorization.
  • Impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent authority, or provide materially false information.
  • Use public forms or communications to transmit unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, confidential, or sensitive information.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent security, access controls, usage restrictions, or technical measures.

We may restrict or suspend website access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, SCH, clients, service providers, or other parties.

3. Service Information and Separate Agreements

Website descriptions are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer, guarantee, service-level commitment, or promise that a particular service, staffing arrangement, schedule, system, qualification, or engagement model will be available.

Any services provided by SCH require mutual approval and may be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, services agreement, business associate agreement, data-processing agreement, confidentiality agreement, or other applicable document. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these website Terms regarding client services, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Service scope, responsibilities, access, timing, pricing, staffing, deliverables, safeguards, approvals, and termination rights depend on the applicable agreement. SCH may decline an inquiry or proposed engagement at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

No professional or clinical advice

Website content does not constitute medical, clinical, legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, regulatory, cybersecurity, or other licensed professional advice. Clients and website users remain responsible for obtaining advice from appropriately qualified professionals and for their own decisions, approvals, policies, and compliance obligations.

4. Healthcare and Sensitive Information

SCH supports healthcare organizations but does not provide medical care through this website. The website is not designed to receive patient information or protected health information (“PHI”). Do not use public forms, consultation scheduling notes, or general email to submit PHI or request urgent patient assistance.

When SCH performs functions for a HIPAA-regulated client that involve creating, receiving, maintaining, or transmitting PHI, applicable responsibilities are governed by the client’s instructions, the signed services documentation, any required business associate agreement, and applicable law. These website Terms do not replace those documents.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services. If you are a patient seeking records, care information, or privacy assistance, contact the relevant healthcare provider directly.

5. Electronic Communications and Scheduling

When you contact SCH electronically, submit a form, or schedule a consultation, you consent to receive communications reasonably related to your request using the contact information you provide. Electronic communications satisfy requirements that communications be in writing to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Scheduling availability, confirmations, reminders, and video-conference details may be provided through third-party platforms. A scheduled consultation may be rescheduled or canceled, and no consultation guarantees service availability, acceptance of an engagement, pricing, staffing, implementation timing, or a particular result.

SMS communications

If SCH separately offers an SMS program, participation requires an appropriate opt-in. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of an applicable program by replying STOP and request help by replying HELP or using the contact information below. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing services. Mobile numbers, SMS consent records, and opt-in data will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

The website and its original text, graphics, page designs, visual elements, photographs, downloadable materials, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to SCH and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

SCH grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the website for lawful internal business-information purposes. Except as permitted by law or written authorization, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit website content.

Support Central Hub names, logos, and branding may not be used in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may link to or integrate with third-party services, including scheduling, analytics, communications, mapping, social-media, or website technologies. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

SCH does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, practices, products, or services. A link or integration does not necessarily constitute endorsement. You are responsible for reviewing applicable third-party terms before using those services.

8. Website Availability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SCH does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, current, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from harmful components.

Business and operational content is general in nature. Circumstances, laws, technologies, services, and requirements change, and website content may not reflect every relevant consideration. You are responsible for evaluating information before relying on it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SCH and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or anticipated savings arising from website use or inability to use the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SCH’s aggregate liability for claims arising solely from use of the public website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). This website limitation does not replace any liability terms contained in a signed client agreement.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SCH and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful website use, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit through the website.

This section does not require indemnification for matters caused solely by SCH’s conduct where such indemnification is prohibited by law.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and disputes arising solely from website use are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Subject to mandatory legal requirements, the state and federal courts located in New York will have jurisdiction over such disputes.

Before filing a claim concerning website use, you agree to provide written notice describing the issue and allow SCH a reasonable opportunity to review and attempt to resolve it informally. This provision does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or pursuing rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Changes, Severability, and Entire Agreement

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the website, business practices, services, technologies, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued website use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement concerning use of the public website. They do not supersede a signed agreement governing client services, employment, vendors, contractors, confidentiality, data processing, or other business relationships.
